Here is the first part of our wall decor for dear Gabriel.


I made a banner out of the Cosmo Cricket double deck featuring "Earth Love" and "The Boyfriend"

Daddy made some paper airplanes and I made some of those cute scalloped clouds of vintage book pages!

So fun! Can't wait to incorporate tons more on the wall!

AHHHHH! I'm SO excited!

I'm going to be adding CUT CHIPBOARD PIECES to the UmWowStudio shop soon!

what sorts of things are interested in seeing? I have plans for trees, a dandelion, couple of birds, bird cages...

What would you purchase besides chipboard shapes and handmade flowers? Pinwheels? Stick Pins?

Daddy Loves You - 8x8

I was trying to figure out a layout to do for the basic grey gallery (for the next 2 weeks they're giving out a prize a day for entries) and someone suggested a page for the pregnancy album.. I asked William if there was anything NOT in the album he wanted in there.. and basically he said a page about him loving our Gabe.

I absolutely love the Ambrosia collection by BG and the colors are very manly, so I chose that!

To Do List:

I don't do too many of these lists anymore.. my time has become kind of free moving and psychedelic.. ok not that free moving lol. anyways.. I have a few things to specifically get done before lunch (it's that way when you share a vehicle) SO here's my list:

-Punch out TONS of butterflies in rainbow colors so I can return Purnima's gorgeous butterfly punch.
-Do the dishes.... . . . . (CHECK)
-Get all the craft stuff from the living room to the craft room.
-Pretend like I can't find the gorgeous butterfly dress stamp Purnima lent me..
-Print out tons of the gorgeous vintage photos I found. (CHECK)
-Enjoy a glass of sweet tea.
-Take a shower. (CHECK)

Fall Layout!!

This turned out kinda cute - but mostly it was fun to work with all the textures n things.



I did this layout for a couple reasons; to put up on BSD's blog for a designer post, to showcase some of the products BSD has to offer, and to jump-start the BSD fall layout contest!

My First ATC

First off.. I need to say.. I've been obsessed with butterflies and the gorgeous colors and shapes they come in - AND they get to go where they want. what more could you ask for? Beautiful AND free!

I've been in this secret card swap with a gal from .. well. somewhere :P in case she some how reads this. and she does ATCs. So I figured I'd finally give it a go. well I like this one so much.. and as it's my first born, I do believe I'll be keeping it, which means I need to do another tonight too. lol.


anyways.. I borrowed this gorgeous stamp from Purnima of a dress on a form made of butterfly wings. - It was also P who showed me these cute clouds made out of layered scalloped paper - and that's her butterfly punch too.. lol. Purnima maybe this ATC should be dedicated to you ♥
