NOLA City Park

Hello everyone, it's Danielle here today sharing a new layout. I went for the super gorgeous Memorandum collection from Pink Paislee. It has the perfect touch of vintage feel that matches this picture, taken at the New Orleans City Park during my latest travels.

The Memorandum collection has some beautiful gold details, that's why I gold foiled the UWS chipboard again with the WRMK Heatwave tool. If you missed that in my last post, you can find a how to video overhere. I also added two UWS flair buttons to this layout.

Thank you for stopping by and have a creative day!

Noted - Mixed Media Layout by Kris Berc

Hello!  It's Kris with you today hoping to inspire you with a simple mixed media layout!

This is my little girl and two of her cousins.  The three of them really love to pose!

I dressed up this chipboard piece from the Doilies set using distress embossing ink with gold embossing powder on half of it and pink embossing powder on the other half.  Then I dabbed on some super heavy gesso here and there with my finger.

Here I've used some gold and peach shades of embossing powder to dress up this "noted" chip piece from the Arrow Title Mash set.  I again dabbed on some super heavy gesso with my finger

Here you can get a close look at some of the stencil/super heavy gesso background work using the Checker Board stencil.  I prefer super heavy gesso instead of modeling paste because it seems to dry much whiter, and I love the brightness of that.

I also used some of the square punch-out pieces from a Grid Border.  I adhered them here and there, then traced around them with a black marker, and topped them off with messy dabs of super heavy gesso.  I thought it was a fun way to those negative pieces of chipboard to add some texture.

Thanks so much for visiting today!

J'aime l'automne by Ladybird

Today, I am here to share a Fall layout. I like every season but I LOVE Fall!
This year, I am blessed because my boys really enjoy being photographed. I have tons of pictures for my layouts!! Here is the last one...

I was fully inspired by Paige Evans and her beautiful work with scraps of papers.
Then I unified all the patterned papers with the natural UWS chipboards!
These fall flairs are just fantastic!

Beach life

Hello everyone, it's Danielle here. For the layout I'm sharing with you today, I wanted to try something new with the chipboard elements: I gold-foiled them with the We R Memory Keepers Heatwave tool. I've made a video to show you how to do it, you can find it overhere on my youtube channel.

Besides the UWS chipboard elements and flair buttons, I used the Dear Lizzy Documentary collection.

Thank you for stopping by and have a fabulous weekend!
