Today I'd like to share my newest art journal page. This small piece of mixed media is my daily reminder to not be complacent, to not limit myself to what I know and am comfortable with, but to look further afield, to be open minded, flexible to fully explore life.

I love playing with my mixed media and creating something fun.  This time I thought why not make a bookmark to place in my art journal!  I used the butterfly wings and damask stencil to create this bookmark!

Create Magic

Hello everyone!

It's Monika here. Today I would like to share my new "Create Magic" tag. As my base, I used Wire Cage Dress Form and I added some laces and pearls. I covered everything with heavy white gesso and white crackle paste. After that I used my favourite watercolours and stamps.

Hello everyone!

I am popping in today to show you my mixed media canvas, full of joy, vivid colors and of course textures. I used the Dahlia stencil to create a background with the modeling paste, then added some pieces of paper. I covered all my elements with white gesso and white crackle paste, I dried it all.  I stamped with black Archival Ink. I also used beautiful chipboards, a script word “beauty” and butterfly wing. I finished my canvas adding some colors and coffee staining.  I hope you like it.

Hello my Darlings,

Today I would like to show you my first project for UmWowStudio Design Team. I must admit that I'm a bit jittery but also extremely excited. I made a multilayered and multicolored layout.  It wasn't easy to decide which chipboards to use first... ;)  I used Prima's watercolor confections and beautiful star confetti and the word "love". Using heat embossing has become one of my favorite ways to dress up my chipboards. 

I had so much fun and I hope you like my project!
