Daydreamer!

Hi and Hello, Jana here with a new Layout for you...
I had this photo in my box of photos i want to use for over 2 years now! Time to get it on a Layout!
In the "Inspired Flair" is one with a DayDreamer on it, perfect for this project...

and the middle one really is a DayDreamer... and this photo shows him, lost in thoughts... feets in the saltwater... enjoying the day!

it was a cloudy day, so the chipboard clouds are also perfect for this layout!
ok, the stars are not - but they matches the dreamy feel of the theme!

some stamps, a touch of gold... some splatters and some thread and i call it done!

i really love this layout and i really love to use chipboard pieces on my projects!
here are the things i used on this layout...

Tusia Lech with two layouts

Hello :)
It's been some time since I published my projects here, on UmWowStudio blog, and today I am here as UmWowStudio Brand Ambassador - very proud one :) Because I am in love in DeeDee's style of designing and her chipboard, flairs and stencils are just amazing!! I love to work with these amazing products!

I would like to show you two latest layouts, that I created using both UmWowStudio and 7 Dots Studio products (also designed by DeeDee Catron collections Yuletide and Lost and Found).

First layout was created for Words&Paintery challenge. I used mainly 7 Dots Studio Yuletide collection and did some drawing/sketching/journaling. The colors come from Glimmer Mists.

When you take a closer look you will see little chipboard drops and clouds that come from Rainy Day Confetti set.

I love the  Lined Kite from UmWowStudio - I couldn't resist to use it for this layout.

My second project, I would like to share with you, was originally created for this month Scrap Around The World challenge. It features 7 Dots Studio Lost and Found collection and a bunch of gorgeous products from UmWowStudio - flairs, stencil and chipboard pieces.

Gorgeous Scribble Heart Mask was used by me twice - it gives amazing, intricate effect.

Little chipboard pieces - sequins, stars, clouds are wonderful details, that give great finish.

Thank you for looking and visiting UmWowStudio blog today!
Have a great day!

Let´s make some {messy} cards...

Hi and Hello, Jana here with a little Tutorial or Step-by-step post...
i am not a card making person but sometimes i am happy when i create some... never enough cards, kwim?!
This post is a bit longer, so grab some coffee or tea and enjoy :)

These are the things i used for my project today

Gesso/Modelling Paste, aquarelle colors, thread, mask, flairs, clouds and some black cards oh and white cardstock.

i started with the mask and some gesso

during the drying time i started to alter the little clouds, i used my finger for that

when everything dried i started to bring some color on the cards. i used the packaging technique and the aquarelle colors, but i also added some glitter mists.

here you can see the finished color part and after that i started to add my elements... some paper hearts, some flairs... thread and clouds...
i also added some labels and stamps

and here are my finished cards... i really love how they turned out!

Be WOWed -- WOW Embossing Powder and UmWowStudio -- Home Decor

We're onto another beautiful project featuring WOW Embossing Powder and UmWowStudio!

Find WOW Embossing Power :

Find UmWowStudio:

WOW! Embossing Powder makes such a great addition to the UWS product line! It can be used with our stencils and masks, behind our chipboard, on our chipboard, with a stamp and more.

For today's project I, DeeDee and UWS Owner and Creative Director, bring you my own project!

I have utilized the Alpha 2, Sketchy Cloud MASH and Rainy Day Confetti chipboard pieces from UmWowStudio. The Alpha 2s have been covered in a delicious opaque white powder from WOW. I love how the white is so bright but the letters are outlined by their ashy edge. What a delicious combo!

Visit me at my blog for more details :)

Leave comments on all the blogs participating -- we're giving away an UmWowStudio and WOW Embossing Powder prize package.
