I {heart} apples Card by Magali

Hi Um Wow Studio Fans!
Here I am today to show you a card, inspired by one of my previous creation!

I layered lots of green different papers and I used the Dahlia Stencil with gesso to create the shape of an apple. Then I re-used the same stencil to add the red color to the "apple".
The texture is also obtained with the leaves chipboards and the phrase "I love apples" made using the chipboard alphabet and the word Heart.

This is the perfect card for the autumn season coming today!

Something Blue - CC Challenge

Of course we have the "Something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue" Challenges...

Here is my blue challenge:





CC Product used: Bazzill Coal paper, Pink Paislee Daily Junque wooden alphas, Prima flowers, Basic Gray overlays, White picket fence distress stain and broken china distress stain.
Non CC : Gesso, white pen, vintage buttons, memento ink, white cardstock, inkadinkadoo harlequin stamp. Viva Las Vegastamps! stamp

CHA bound! Wish Upon a Star


I was so thankful to get on the AMP design team.. and now I am just beyond speechless.. our fearless leader Terri Sproul has arranged for us to have pieces of work in the AMP booth at CHA! 

AHHHHHHHH!


SO FRIGGIN PUMPED!

Here is one of the pieces I'll have there!!


The cabochons and the dress form were molded from original pieces with putty, and cast in the quick set white resin.. the turquoise pieces were colored with alcohol ink :)

Other products: KnCo paper, FP paper, TH labels die, BoBunny brads, KnCo half pearls, paper doily, studio G stamps, Pink Paislee daily junque wooden letters, recycled cardboard packaging, vintage photo distress ink, walnut stain distress ink, faux stamen, baker's twine.
