I {heart} apples Card by Magali

Hi Um Wow Studio Fans!
Here I am today to show you a card, inspired by one of my previous creation!

I layered lots of green different papers and I used the Dahlia Stencil with gesso to create the shape of an apple. Then I re-used the same stencil to add the red color to the "apple".
The texture is also obtained with the leaves chipboards and the phrase "I love apples" made using the chipboard alphabet and the word Heart.

This is the perfect card for the autumn season coming today!

Here are the products I've used:

Bouquet d'amour by Magali

I hope you are enjoying your Summer!
I have no particular favorite season, I think I love them all. Each one brings some new beauties!

During Spring and Summer, I love having a festival of flowers blooming in my garden. I try to choose flowers that will bloom one after another. The first ones to bloom are considered as awful flowers by most people, but since my boys love to gather them into some beautiful bouquets full of love, I love them too : I am speaking of dandelions!

And here is the layout I've made about this precious attention.
And some other pictures of it.

To create this layout, I used a tangle feather, heart confetti and love tabs.

Heart by Kareen

Hello UmWowStudio's followers!!!

I'm here today with a layout and the amazing
7 Dots Studio's paper collection designed by the very unique DeeDee Catron.

I have to say, I usually take pastel or very bright colors,
so it is a little bit out of my comfort zone, but I really
like working with this collection.

So, I hope you will like it too!!

Some closes up :

And here is a video of the making of :

Friends Forever by Magali

Hi Um Wow Studio Fans!
Today I want to show you a little canvas I did, just because I wanted to play with 7 Dots Studio papers, paint and circle confettis!
I cut hearts in different papers and kept some negative to create a layered piece of art. I made some texture with paint and ink... and that's done!

I heart You by Lynne

Hi UmWowStudio fans....

I wanted to share a card with you I created
using one of the new 'word" chippies
from UmWowStudios!

The inspiration for my card is from an
Inspiration Wednesday video by Donna Downey
I recently watched.

I began by creating a "heart" stencil.
Then, I applied a layer of Polishing Plaster
through my handmade stencil.

I mixed a bit of Shimmering Matte Acrylic
with some Glaze and applied the color
to the heart with my finger.

I pulled out a piece vintage music,
tore it into two pieces as desired,
to fit my card.
I then used my "pattern" heart
to trace onto the "torn" pieces
and cut them out.

I adhered the music pieces to the card face.
Next, I applied a layer of Polishing Plaster
through UmWowStudios ~ Handwriting Stencil.

I then applied a thin layer of Glaze to
the entire card face.

When dry, I created a 50/50 mixture of
Shimmering Matte Acrylic and Glaze
and applied it to the ENTIRE face of the card.

I waited a minute and wiped off
the excess glaze with a baby wipe.

I was now ready to embellish my card.

A heart from the Home Grown MASH and

and a NEW word......HEART
painted with various colors.

I chose an arrow from the

I painted it with a bit of
Shimmering Matte Acrylic
and cut as needed to fit on my card.

Here are some close~ups
of my card.

I hope you have enjoyed my creative journey....
I know I sure did!

Where do you get your inspiration from???!?!?
